Back in 2011, Cluj-Napoca was slowly becoming an emerging market for specialty coffee and Olivo was one of its pioneers.
Therefore, our communication & branding strategy was focused on informative materials and direct campaigns that would make possible the meeting between the customer and quality coffee.
One of our best products was a monthly newspaper about the fascinating world of coffee, educative yet entertaining. We have also pursued some collaborations with local artists who painted the coffee shop and designed the cups, still one of the most beautiful cup-designs in the city and we have organized events like Academia del Cafe or Academia del Marketing where we could nourish a personal relationship with the community.
