Podcast
Our own podcast dedicated to the world of gastronomy, hospitality and rural area. First season produced by Radio România Cluj-Napoca, second and third produced by EBS Radio.
2017: Conference
At the time, it was the first Hospitality Industry Conference in Cluj-Napoca and one of the few in Romania. We started everything with one thought: to build a bridge between the people who have a business in the hospitality industry and those who are interested in this market. We wanted to bring HoReCa specialists and service providers to the same table to facilitate discussion.
The topics covered by the conference speakers were divided into three categories, depending on the key moments of any business: how to set-up the business, how to run the show and good practices. Participants learned how to start and grow a business in the hospitality industry and all that it entails: required departments, marketing strategy, communication strategy and audience setting, operational part and management issues. Because the power of example speaks for itself, participants learned from experts about the difficulties faced by those who already have a business in the hospitality industry, what is the story behind the curtain, what are their plans and prospects for the future.

In terms of branding, we started slow, setting up the tone and the general lines of our brand. As you can observe, we used some generic photography and added the elements that will consist in our signature: fonts, colors, layouts and the marble elements.
2019 Conference
We hosted our conference in March 2019, with a theme that spoke for both sides - “I have a dream”: people who already work in the industry (and dream of owning their own business) and outsiders who would like a seat at the table. Hospitality seems like the kind of business that anybody could handle. But is that true?

In terms of branding, David Stroe, our art director has come with a complex system to differentiate between our projects (podcast, conference, community. You’ll see in the next sections the main elements of this concept.
2019 Community
Our main objective for this event was to educate the general public about some specifics of Hospitality Industry. We wanted to set the stage for a real conversation between the restaurateurs and the public. We wanted to talk to about how to give proper feedback, how to behave properly in restaurants, and what etiquette we need to apply to ourselves as consumers.

2019 Workshops
Our objective was to provide personalized education for the Hospitality Industry. We worked with experts from different fields to provide multiple comprehensive workshop, specifically designed for the well-being of our industry.
